Step 1 – Inspect the hoses

• Inspect washing machine hoses for leaks or cracks in the hoses. Also, inspect the general condition of the washing machine hoses, because its common for the material to wear out overtime.

Step 2 – Fix any problem areas

• Tighten hose fittings as necessary to ensure no leaking.  If hoses appear cracked or worn, consider replacing them with new hoses. 
• Remember to close the water valves before removing the old hoses.
